Students, please remember that you were provided with a list of rehearsal dates before auditioning. As we are only two weeks from the show, you need to be available for each of those listed. However, depending on which act you are in, you may not be required to come to all of them. Please check the list below. I realize there may be conflicts, but please do whatever you can to be there this week and next. Below are the acts that I am calling for each rehearsal date. Please know that EVERYONE will need to be available this SATURDAY, May 5th (except for Permanents, Fiddling Cowboys, and the Teacher Band).
MONDAY: ACT 1 4:00 - 6:00
Act 1 - EVERYTHING BEFORE INTERMISSION (no Intermission Band or String Quartet)
IF YOU ARE ONLY IN Section 3 Love & the 80s, you do not have to be there until 5:00. Everyone, please plan on staying until 6:00 / we will try to run things as much as possible, as well as give you time to work on things with your group.
WEDNESDAY: Act 2 6:00 - 8:00
EVERYTHING AFTER INTERMISSION EXCEPT: Permanents (Intermission Band), Fiddling Cowboys, and Teacher Band
SATURDAY: 10:00 - 4:00
10:00 - 1:00 / Act 1
1:00 - 4:00 / Act 2

*Bring Costumes to wear, as you will practice in regular clothes and then wear your costumes for our run-through with each act. You will be given time to change.
